Employers
Why do most employers not invest in their employees? They treat them like garbage which always puzzles me. Help them with their education, give them incentives to work there. It is cheaper for your business in the long run to keep your employees happy. Happy employees means that turnover is down. That equals less training, hiring, and benefits costs. It also equals less overtime to other employees who are forced to pick up the slack.
Educating your employees either through college educations or certifications is one of the best investments an employer can make. You have smarter and higher educated employees doing their jobs. How does this not make sense for most places?????
On that note, I would like to say that I am very happy to be working with my new company. They care about their people and will pay 100% for any training they do.
